Engie: contract for 9 windfarms in Spain
(CercleFinance.com) - Engie has signed a contract with Forestalia, General Electric and Mirova to develop nine wind farms that have a total capacity of 300 MW.
In this project, Engie Spain is both in charge of energy management, the long-term buyer, the manufacturer and the shareholder.
Investing alongside other companies, Engie's 15% total stake in the project represents 300 million euros, and will largely be covered by investment funds and external funding.
