They are the hydro-electric power station of Jaguara, located in Rio Grande (between the States of Minas Gerais and São Paulo), which has an installed capacity of 424 MW, and the Miranda hydropower plant in Rio Aragui, Indianápolis (State of Minas Gerais), which has an installed capacity of 408 MW.
The concession contracts have been signed for a period of 30 years.
