Nexity: 9m sales flat
(CercleFinance.com) - Reported sales for the nine months to end-September 2023 came to E2,749m under IFRS, compared with E2,724m at 30 September 2022 on a like-for-like basis.
Sales of residential property fell by 5% to E1,972m, reflecting the slower pace of notarised deeds signed since the start of the year.
Commercial property sales amounted to E362m at end-September 2023, up 45% from end-September 2022, driven by the strong contribution of the La Garenne Colombes eco-campus project, scheduled for completion in 2024.
Its 2023 guidance issued last July remains unchanged, subject to changes in the market environment.
