Gecina: 'particularly solid financial situation'
(CercleFinance.com) - Faced with the coronavirus epidemic, Gecina states that it has a particularly solid financial situation, in particular with total cash and undrawn credit lines that enable it to cover all its credit maturities until the end of 2023.
Concerning VSEs and SMEs in sectors whose businesses have been halted, the group says that the recovery of rents and charges has been suspended from 1 April, and for periods after the cessation of business imposed by the decree of 15 March.
In addition, Gecina has offered the public authorities the provision of student accommodation vacated by the closure of universities and schools, in particular for nursing staff, or vulnerable people affected by confinement.
