Gecina: pre-lets 45% of the IBOX building
(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina has said that it has signed three leases with AccorInvest, Dataiku and Exponens Conseil & Expertise for 45% of the IBOX building located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, which will take effect from early April to mid-July 2019.
The building of over 19,000 m², will be delivered in the first quarter of 2019. Located near Gare de Lyon, it will benefit from "gold" WELL (concerns wellbeing of users) and Factor 4 (energy consumption divided by four) certifications.
“With these latest transactions, the letting rate for assets delivered in 2018 and 2019 is now up to 75%, confirming the appetite for new or redeveloped office buildings at the heart of Paris City.”
