Bureau Veritas: acquisition in Mexico.
(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas has announced the acquisition of the company Ingeniería, Control y Administration (INCA), a leader in the technical supervision of construction and infrastructure projects in Mexico.
INCA mainly operates in public transport, motorways, energy and utilities for banks and governmental organisations that fund infrastructure projects. Its revenues reached around 12 million euros in 2016.
With INCA, we are integrating a recognised player in its sector and are entering the Mexican market for buildings and infrastructure, which has high barriers to entry and strong growth prospects, said Bureau Veritas' CEO, Didier Michaud-Daniel.
