Amundi: strengthens partnership with Montpensier
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday evening Amundi Group announced that has strengthened its partnership with Montpensier Finance, extending it to the promotion of Montpensier expertise, particularly at the international level.
For several years, Montpensier Finance and Amundi have been developing an industrial partnership in which Montpensier Finance has been using Amundi Services' tools (PMS Alto and Amundi Intermediation, it said.
As part of this strengthened partnership, Amundi has taken a 25% stake in Montpensier Finance's capital, alongside management, which has the remaining 75%.
