Kaufman & Broad: confirms FY targets.
(CercleFinance.com) - Kaufman & Broad published its 9m accounts on Friday.
These included a 5.4 million euro year-on-year increase in net profit, group share to 33.2 million euros.
The real estate group's adjusted Ebit reached 80.6 million euros, up 9.7 million euros compared to the first three quarters of the year ended. In addition, the group's gross margin increased by 23.5 million euros to 181.8 million euros.
In terms of business, Kaufman & Broad also saw its housing reservations increase by 15% in value to almost 1.17 billion euros including taxes and 12.5% in terms of volume to 5,879 units. Meanwhile, revenues increased by 13.5% to 947.9 million euros.
