Eramet: makes successful bond issue.
(CercleFinance.com) - Eramet has announced that it has completed a 500 million euro bond issue which will mature in February 2024.
This issue will bear a coupon of 4.196% and has was heavily subscribed to by a diversified base of institutional investors.
On Thursday the mining and metallurgical group also closed an offer to repurchase existing bonds maturing in November 2020, amounting to 65 million euros.
These issues strengthen the group's liquidity and by taking advantage of under favourable conditions in the credit market, enable the group to continue to diversify its sources of financing and extend the average maturity of its debt.
