Société Générale: freezes banking fees for 2019
(CercleFinance.com) - After the meeting held Tuesday at the Elysee Palace following President Emmanuel Macron's televised speech, Société Générale announced the introduction of measures to promote purchasing power, including a freeze of its banking fees for 2019.
The bank has also decided to limit the cost of banking incidents for vulnerable customers to 25 euros per month, as well as an adapted follow-up and support for situation of all customers who are experiencing difficulties as a result of recent events.
In addition, Société Générale is setting up specific funding for energy transition (electric and hybrid vehicles, clean vehicles, thermal renovation, etc.) for private and corporate customers.
