Chargeurs: acquisition in Lombardy.
(CercleFinance.com) - Chargeurs has announced the signature of an agreement to acquire Omma, a family-owned company specialising in the production of laminators, laminating machines, gluing and coating machines for automobiles, metal, composites and wood.
This Lombardy-based company has sales of nearly six million euros, of which over 80% is international. The French industrial group did not specify any other details in its press release.
This deal is in line with the continued strategy of value creation for Chargeurs Protective Films for its customers. It expands the range of laminators and extends the business' geographical footprint in this new activity.
