Publicis: adopts all 31 resolutions
(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis Groupe held its Combined General Meeting yesterday under chaired by Maurice Lévy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
With a quorum of 76%, the shareholders adopted all 31 resolutions. These resolutions included the reappointment of Mrs. Elisabeth Badinter as a member of the Supervisory Board for a term of four years, the appointment of Mr. Tidjane Thiam as a member of the Supervisory Board for a term of four years, the remuneration for 2021 and the remuneration policies for 2022 for the corporate officers and the payment of a dividend of 2.40 euros per share, up 20% from the dividend paid for FY 2020.
The ex-dividend date has been set on 4 July 2022, with the dividend paid on 6 July 2022.
