Publicis: appoints new CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis has announced that its supervisory board has decided to appoint Michel-Alain Proch to its board of directors.
He will tale over from Jean-Michel Etienne, whose term of office will end on 31 December 2020.
Michel-Alain Proch will join the group in mid-January and will take on the role as CFO after the group's account close and presentation of its 2020 financial statements in mid-February.
He was previously senior executive Vice-president and Director of Atos group's digital strategy in 2018, after leading the group's operations in North America from 2015 until 2017.
