Publicis: files simplified takeover bid on Soft Computing
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF SCA, acting on behalf of Multi Market Services France Holdings, a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, has filed with the AMF a draft simplified public tender offer (OPAS) on Soft Computing shares.
The Offeror thus irrevocably undertakes to buy, at a price of 25 euros per share, all Soft Computing's 354,068 shares that it does not already hold, representing 16.93% of the company's capital.
It intends to implement a squeeze-out at the end of this public offer, according to conditions that will be required by the regulations that will then be applicable. It plans to request Euronext Paris to cancel the shares.
