Eiffage: opens new section of A94 motorway in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage announces the commissioning, one month ahead of schedule, of a new section of the A94 motorway in Germany.
The group has been entrusted, by the southern Bavarian motorway authority, with the design and construction of a new 33-kilometre 2x2-lane section between Pastetten and Heldenstein, as well as the maintenance and operation, over the term of the contract, of the full 77-kilometre section.
Eiffage, through Eiffage Concessions, won the 30-year public-private partnership contract for the A94 between Forstinning and Marktl in Germany in January 2016.
The project represents a total investment of 540 million euros.
