Eiffage: acquires EDS Ingeneria y Montajes
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Energia, a Spanish subsidiary of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, has announced the acquisition of EDS Ingeniería y Montajes.
The company specialises in electrical installations work and maintenance for low, medium and high voltage installations.
EDS Ingeniería y Montajes had turnover of some 25 million euros in 2016 and has over 270 employees.
This acquisition enables Eiffage Energía, which already has a strong presence in Spain through over 30 branches, to strengthen its territorial network in the country, with it now having over 3,000 employees.
