Rémy Cointreau: divests subsidiaries in Central Europe
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday evening Rémy Cointreau announced the effective sale of its distribution subsidiaries in the Czech Republic (Rémy Cointreau Czech Republic) and in Slovakia (Rémy Cointreau Slovakia) to Mast-Jägermeister.
Concurrently with this sale, the French group has signed a distribution agreement with Mast-Jägermeister for it to exclusively distribute its spirits in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
This sale is fully in line with the group's strategy to reorganise its distribution network, in line with the upscaling of its brand portfolio, the group said.
