Rémy Cointreau: changes to executive committee
(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau has announced changes in its executive committee, starting from 1 June.
Philippe Farnier, who is currently CEO of the America Zone, will henceforth become Rémy Martin's CEO.
As such, he will be responsible for the brands Rémy Martin and LOUIS XIII. He will replace Eric Vallat, who is currently CEO of Rémy Martin and president of Mount Gay Rum, who has decided to take a new direction in his career.
Ian McLernon, the current CEO of global travel retail, has been appointed CEO of Americas, meanwhile, CEO of the Asia Area, David Ennes, will integrate global travel retail into his responsibilities, and finally Jean-Denis Voin, CEO of the Liquor & Spirits Division, will take responsibility for Mount Gay Rum.
