Lagardère: Schroders IM stake exceeds 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Schroders Investment Management Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 12 October it increased its stake in Lagardère's capital to above the threshold of 5%, and that on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
29% of the group's capital and 3.91% of its voting rights.

This crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Lagardère SCA shares on the market.
