75% of Havas' capital.
The group is pleased with the successful completion of its simplified tender offer on Havas, which took place from 21 September 2017 to 4 October 2017.
The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) published the results today.
While Vivendi already held 59.2% of Havas' capital, a total of 150,347,283 Havas shares were tendered to its offer. Vivendi now owns 94.75% of the company's capital and at least 94.73% of its voting rights.
