(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on 26 June its holding in Vivendi's capital rose above the 5%, on behalf of these clients and funds, with its stake now reaching 5.
16% of the group's share capital and 4.40% of its voting rights.
This crossing of this threshold results from a purchase of Vivendi shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
