Zodiac: changes to board of directors.
(CercleFinance.com) - Following its merger agreement with Safran, Zodiac Aerospace's supervisory board has announced that it has terminated Olivier Zarrouati's term of office, who will leave the board on 15 June.
The board has also decided to appoint Yann Delabrière, a member and chairman of the aeronautical equipment manufacturer's board of directors, effective as of 16 June, for the remaining time in Olivier Zarrouati's terms of office.
Finally, it has been decided to appoint Didier Fontaine, the group's current CFO, to the position of board member in place of Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas, with effect from today and for the remaining term of his mandate.
