Casino: accelerated safeguard procedures opened
(CercleFinance.com) - Casino announces the opening of accelerated safeguard procedures for group and certain subsidiaries concerning their financial debt, in order to implement its restructuring plan in accordance with the lock-up agreement reached on 5 October.
The Paris Commercial Court has opened accelerated safeguard proceedings for an initial period of two months, which may be renewed for another two months, and has appointed receivers.
In addition, Monoprix Holding, Monoprix Exploitation and Cdiscount have entered into conciliation agreements with their respective financial creditors, in order to implement the terms of the restructuring at for each of these companies.
