Casino: update on adherence to lock-up agreement
(CercleFinance.com) - Groupe Casino announces that, as of 17 October 2023, the deadline for adhering to the 6 October, 2023 agreement, the names of creditors which have adhered to the Lock-up Agreement.
The names are the creditors economically holding 98.6% of the Term Loan B2; the main commercial banking groups and some of the above creditors economically holding 90.0% of the RCF3; the holders of the bonds issued by Quatrim representing 78.0% of these bonds; 51.0% of the unsecured financial creditors (high yield bonds, EMTN bonds, and NEU CP); and 44.3% of the TSSDI holders.
The Group's other financial creditors may still adhere to the Lock-up Agreement, although they will neither benefit from the Lock-up Agreement, nor from the right to subscribe to the guaranteed capital increase of E275m.
Regarding the various capital increases, Groupe Casino has appointed Sorgem Evaluation, represented by Maurice Nussenbaum, as an independent expert to give an opinion on the fairness of the financial terms of the restructuring plan for the Company's current shareholders.
