Casino: cuts stake in Mercialys
(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its asset disposal plan, Casino announces the additional and definitive sale of 5% of Mercialys' capital, through the Mercialys total return swap (TRS), thereby reducing its stake from 25.
3% to 20.3% of its voting rights.
Casino says that it will receive 26 million euros in proceeds from this sale, which will be paid into the escrow account dedicated to the repayment of gross debt.
