Casino: Morgan Stanley's stake exceeds 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley Plc has informed the AMF that on 24 August, through its subsidiaries, its share in Casino's capital rose above 5% of its voting rights and that it now indirectly holds 7.
40% of the retailer's capital and 5.04% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed thanks to OTC purchases of Casino shares.
