Casino: UBS raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS Group has informed the AMF that on 10 August it raised its shareholding to above the threshold of 5% of Casino's capital, and that via companies it controls, it now holds 5.
41% of Casino's capital and 3.68% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed thanks to the OTC purchase of Casino shares.
