Vinci: Cobra wins 3 contracts innl Brazil
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced that, following an auction organised by Brazil's National Electrical Energy Agency (ANEEL) for around 6,000 km of new electrical transmission lines divided into nine lots, its subsidiary Cobra IS has been awarded three lots via its own Brazilian subsidiaries.
The first lot concerns a 500 kV power transmission line, 349 km long, and the extension of two existing substations in the state of Minas Gerais: it has an associated investment of about E150m.
The other two design-build lots are valued at a total of around E570m, on behalf of Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista (CTEEP).
