Vinci: work on line 18 of Grand Paris Express
(CercleFinance.com) - Chantiers Modernes Construction (Vinci Construction) is to carry out work on the Palaiseau, Orsay-Gif and CEA Saint-Aubin (Essonne) overhead stations located on the viaduct of the future line 18 of the Grand Paris Express.
Work will start in July 2022 and will last 38 months.
Worth 80.9 million euros, the contract covers the civil engineering and structural work, the roofing including a metal frame, the façades and the finishing work for these stations.
This project is in line with the work entrusted to Vinci Construction on the future line 18: the construction of the 11.8 km section of tunnels between Orly airport and Palaiseau, the construction of the 6.7 km viaduct linking Massy-Palaiseau to the CEA Saint-Aubin station and the construction of the Palaiseau operation and maintenance centre.
