Vinci: signs agreement for share buybacks
(CercleFinance.com) - As part of the implementation of its share buyback program, Vinci announced the signature of an agreement on Thursday 2 January with an investment services provider.
According to the agreement, the investment services provider will sell to VINCI no later than 27 March 2020, up to E250 million worth of VINCI shares at an average price per share determined based on the market prices observed during the entire duration of the agreement, with a guaranteed discount.
