Vinci: Eurovia completes acquisition of TREV-2 Grupp
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurovia, a Vinci subsidiary specialising in transport infrastructure, has announced the acquisition of the Estonian company TREV-2 Grupp.
The competition authorities have yet to decide on this “deal,” the terms of which were not specified.
Founded in 1961 in Estonia, the target carries out road works, including the highway connecting Tallinn, the Estonian capital, to Tartu and the Tallinn ring road.
"TREV-2 Grupp operates several asphalt production sites and a number of quarries. In addition, it holds several multi-year contracts for the maintenance and operation of local road networks" Eurovia adds. It has a workforce of almost 360 employees and generated revenue of 70 million euros in 2017.
