Vinci: agreement with ISP for share repurchases
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci said on Thursday that it signed a share purchase agreement with an investment services provider on 23 May, as part of the implementation of its share buyback program.
Under this agreement, the investment services provider will sell a certain amount of Vinci shares to the construction and concessions group by 27 June 2018, up to a limit of 150 million euros.
This sale will be made at an average price per share that is determined on the basis of market prices seen throughout the duration of the agreement, with a guaranteed discount. This price cannot exceed the price set by Vinci's joint general meeting.
