Vinci: new acquisition in Scandinavia in energy.
(CercleFinance.com) - Through its Energy division, Vinci this morning announced the acquisition of the Swedish company Eitech.
Presented as a specialist in electrical work and engineering, the target company employs 1,200 people in Sweden, for revenues of 200 million euros in 2016. The financial terms of the deal were not specified.
Founded in 1994, Eitech is present in Sweden through 26 sites. The deal will be finalised once a go-ahead is received from the national competition regulatory authority.
