Ingenico: tender offer reopens this Thursday
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the tender offer for the shares and convertible bonds of Ingenico, filed by BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley Europe, Natixis and Société Générale on behalf of Worldline, will be reopened from 22 October to 4 November inclusive.
As a reminder, following the public offer for Ingenico shares, Worldline holds 56,474,416 shares, or 88.64% of the group's share capital and at least 83.20% of the company's voting rights, as well as 2,892,092 convertible bonds (OCEANE) representing practically all (99.57%) of its outstanding OCEANE bonds.
