Ingenico: bond issue largely oversubscribed to.
(CercleFinance.com) - Ingenico has announced having successfully placed a bond totalling 600 million euros, which will mature in September 2024, paying a 1.
625% coupon; with applications totalling 1.7 billion euros, it was oversubscribed to by about three times.
The group said that this issue shows the high level of confidence investors have in Ingenico's credit profile and outlook, while giving it more financial leeway to ensure its growth strategy.
The integrated payment solutions specialist says that the net proceeds from this issue will be used to finance its acquisition of Bambora as well the group's general funding purposes.
