Capgemini: FY 2020 earnings up 12%

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini achieved a solid performance in 2020, hence confirming its resilience and agility.


With the acquisition of Altran, the digital services company generated revenues of 15.84 billion euros over FY 2020, up 12.2% y-o-y.

Net income, group share came in at 957 million euros, also up 12% compared with 2019, representing normalised EPS of 7.23 euros (+14%).

"In 2021, we will draw on our fundamentals, benefiting fully from the value contributed by Altran in the field of Intelligent Industry, while developing our intimacy with clients' CxOs across their business transformation needs," said Aiman Ezzat, Group CEO.

At its AGM on 20 May 2021 its Board of Directors will propose the payment of a dividend of 1.95 euro per share.

For 2021, the group targets growth (at constant exchange rates) of between 7% and 9%, an operating margin of between 12.2% and 12.4% (i.e. the same as in 2019), and organic free cash flow generation in excess of 1,300 million euros.
