Capgemini: set to make acquisition in Australia
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire RXP Services, an Australian company which would strengthen its capacities in Australia in the fields of digital, data and cloud.
Based in Melbourne, with sites in Sydney, Canberra and Hobart, RXP Services has over 550 experts and reported sales of 127 million Australian dollars (about 80 million euros) in its last fiscal year to end-June.
Capgemini will pay a total of 95.5 million Australian dollars (about 59 million euros) to acquire 100% of RXP Services' share capital (on a fully diluted basis). Subject to certain conditions, the acquisition should be completed at the start of 2021.
