Capgemini: result of tender offer on Altran
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the Autorité des Marchés Financiers that on 22 January 2020, it had received 108,296,126 Altran Technologies shares on deposit.
Altran shareholders had until 22 January 2020 (inclusive) to tender their shares to the offer. Capgemini announced that it increased the price of its offer on Altran to 14.5 euros per share (from 14 euros previously).
Capgemini, which already holds 29,378,419 Altran Technologies shares, is now able to hold 137,674,545 Altran Technologies shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 53.57% of the company's capital and at least 53.41% of its voting rights.
The minimum requirement has therefore been met. A subsequent statement will specify the dates and the duration of the reopening of the offer.
