Capgemini: acquires Konexus Consulting
(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Monday Capgemini announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Konexus Consulting, a company specialising in strategy consulting and management for the energy industry in Germany.
"By becoming part of Capgemini Invent, the digital innovation, consulting and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, this acquisition will help to further meet growing demand from energy and utilities clients for strategy and transformation services in Germany and Central Europe," Capgemini said.
The terms of the transaction, which will be finalised in the next few weeks, were not disclosed.
