Capgemini: signs 79 million dollar contract with Texas DIR
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced signing a contract worth 79 million dollars over four years with the Department of Information Resources (DIR) of Texas.
Under this new contract, and to enable DIR users to better serve Texans, Capgemini will establish IT solutions that are designed to improve the MSI model and meet increasing technological demands.
Todd Kimbriel, Chief Information Officer and Deputy Executive Director at Texas Department of Information Resources said that Capgemini understands the impact of digital technologies on IT services and will help us to meet the new challenges that the State has to face, with the development of technology. The new MSI model will enable us to more quickly respond and to better serve the needs and expectations of Texans.
