Saint-Gobain: completes acquisition of Raboni Normandie
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has completed the acquisition of Raboni Normandie, a multi-specialist distributor of building materials in the home renovation and energy efficiency market in France.
Having 12 sales outlets, Raboni Normandie's sales reached around 30 million euros in 2020.
These outlets will round out Point.P's territorial presence in Normandy, where the brand is already present with a network of 70 outlets.
Saint-Gobain said that thanks to this deal it is strengthening its position in the French distribution market and increasing the depth of its offer to better meet the growing needs of craftsmen and their customers. Saint-Gobain is the leading distributor of building materials in France, with a network of over 2,000 sales outlets.
