Saint-Gobain: BlackRock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 7 February it has raised its stake in Saint-Gobain's capital to above the threshold of 5% and that, it now holds 5.
04% of the group's capital and 4.50% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been exceeded due to market purchases of Saint-Gobain shares and a receipt of shares as collateral.
