Saint-Gobain: BlackRock cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - A filing published by the AMF yesterday communicates that on 1 October US money manager BlackRock cut its stake in Saint-Gobain to under the threshold of 5% of the French building materials group's capital.
On that date, and after an OTC sale of shares and a restitution of shares held as collateral, on behalf of its funds, the US asset management giant held 4.96% of Saint-Gobain's capital and 4.42% of its voting rights.
