Plastic Omnium: completes sale of property assets
(CercleFinance.com) - Plastic Omnium has completed the sale of its non-industrial property assets to property development group Sofiparc, which is wholly owned (100%) by Burelle SA, which is also the control holding company of Plastic Omnium.
These assets were sold for 128.5 million euros.
This transaction sale is part of the streamlining of Plastic Omnium's portfolio of assets, by capitalising on its non-industrial tertiary assets in a dedicated Burelle SA property structure. The sale will strengthen the financial structure of Compagnie Plastic Omnium.
