Veolia: BlackRock reduces stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 17 January it cut its stake in Veolia's capital to below the threshold of 5%, and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 4.
93% of the group's capital and 4.66% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from sales of Veolia shares - both OTC and on the market - along with a restitution of shares held as collateral.
