Veolia: BlackRock now has more voting rights

, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has said that on 28 September 2018 its stake in Veolia Environnement rose above the threshold of 5% of the company's voting rights and that, on behalf of these clients and funds, it held 30,931,774 Veolia Environnement shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.47% of the group's capital and 5.17% of its voting rights.
This threshold was crossed due to the purchase of Veolia Environnement shares on the market and a receipt of Veolia Environnement shares held as collateral.
