Veolia: BlackRock stake falls below 5% of VR
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 7 August, its stake in Veolia has fallen below the threshold of 5% of the company's voting rights and that, on behalf of these clients and funds, it now holds 5.
28% of the group's capital and 4.99% of its voting rights.
This crossing of this threshold results from a sale of Veolia shares on the market and over-the-counter, in addition to a restitution of shares held as collateral.
