Veolia: BlackRock stake falls below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, has informed the AMF that on 1 August it reduced its stake in Veolia's capital to below 5% of its voting rights, and that for the said clients and funds it held 5.
26% of its capital and 4.97% of its voting rights.
The breaking of this threshold results from the sale of Veolia shares on the market and OTC, along with the return of shares held as collateral.
