Peugeot: CDC stake exceeds 15% of votes

(CercleFinance.com) - Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) has announced that on 19 June it has indirectly, through the companies Lion Participations SAS and Bpifrance Participations, increased its stake in Peugeot's capital, now holding 12.
23% of the group's capital and 17.58% of its voting rights.

This crossing of these thresholds results from a double voting rights allocation. On this occasion, Lions Participations SAS declared that it individually exceeded the same thresholds.

Lion Participations specifies that it does not plan to make any share purchases in the next few months, nor request the appointment of new members or censors on Peugeot's Supervisory Board.
