Peugeot: supervisory board change
(CercleFinance.com) - This Monday evening, the PSA Group communicated the appointment by Dongfeng Motor International (DFG) of its permanent representative in the Supervisory Board, Li Shaozhu, replacing Liu Weidong, who has resigned.
Li Shaozhu will represent Dongfeng Motor International until the end of the company's term in 2022. He will contribute expertise in human resources, corporate social responsibility and environment as well as his knowledge of manufacturing and the automotive industry.
PSA's Supervisory Board also took note of the appointment by the Global Group Works Council on 22 June of Christian Lafaye as employee representative. His four-year term will expire in 2022.
